Will insurance cover all services offered?
It depends. Although we do accept insurance for some of our services, we would need to verify you qualify for that service and that your insurance company will pay for the specific service you are seeking.
Can I pay out of pocket for services?
Yes, as long as there are no conflicts with your school district or insurance company you can pay out of pocket for services.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept cash, checks, or PayPal currently, unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
Will my school district pay for services?
Your school district would only pay for services if they are educationally necessary and then they would determine if they can provider or if they need to outsource to a provider.
Can I meet my provider before starting services?
Yes, we can arrange for a brief meeting, whether face to face or virtually, with a potential provider to ensure it’s a good fit before starting services.
How long will my child have services?
The duration of services is always based on the your child’s progress towards identified goals, we always start services with the intent of teaching the skills needed to be independent.
Can my child receive more than one service?
Yes, the need of each service is based on the needs of each individual child, a child may receive one or more services based on the needs of that specific child.
How will I know if my child is making progress?
Each of our services start with some type of intake/assessment, the development of specific goals, and will include data collection to report on progress.
